Jumo will present Jumo Aquis touch S, its
modular multichannel measuring instrument
for liquid analysis, at Brau this year. It can
be directly connected to up to four analysis
parameters, and to a number of others using
standard signals. The device can measure and
manage up to ten parameters simultaneously.

Automated quality control experts Steinfurth will
focus this year on the CPA-Concept (Compact
Package Analyser), the new generation of low
maintenance CO2 testers for bottles and cans,
the automatic Multiple Sampler AS 380C and the
Carbonation Tester for measurement on tanks
and beverage dispensing units. The emphasis
will be on CPA, a modular configurable Mini Lab
solution for the automated measurement of
CO2, Torque, Fill Height and Brix on beverages
(in the lab or directly at the filling line).

This is Eaton's first appearance at Brau Beviale,
and the industrial manufacturer will be using the
show as a launch-pad for its single-source beer
filtration solutions, not least the new Begerow
product range. The mineral-free BECOPAD®
depth filter medium offers impressive through-
put, stability, and purity, says Eaton.

Advanced process and solutions expert
Actemium says it can bring 'serenity' to its
clients' production challenges. Vinci Energies'
European network, it is made up of 110
business units and 5,500 engineers and
technicians, and can offer clients access to
expertise in a wide range of areas, including
electrical engineering, industrial automation
and IT, instrumentation and mechanics.

P.E.T. Engineering will present its complete
range of services and solutions for sustain-
able packaging at Brau. Services range from
the development of packaging based on the
light-weighting design principle to the neck
finish conversion, which supports clients with
energy and maintenance costs by helping with
the upgrading of old blowing machines and the
restyling of blow moulds.

Brau Beviale 2012 will see Siemens unveil the
new functionality of its Braumat brewery pro-
cess control system. The new features permit
high-flexibility long-term archiving of produc-
tion data in a central SQL (Structured Query
Language) database. Siemens will also focus
on water treatment this year, with its Vantage
series, a new reverse osmosis system for
process water treatment.

Chinese firm Ningbo HGM will showcase its
newly designed 50HL four vessels brewhouse
at Brau Beviale 2012. Developed with the pro-
duction of specialty beers in mind, it includes a
mash tun, a lauter tun, a kettle and a whirlpool.
The kettle features an inner heater, jacket and
mixer. This design means that it can be used
as an adjunct cooker or mash tun, making it
especially well-suited to craft brewing, says

The Czech Republic's Cheops has 20 years'
experience in supplying bottling and kegging
lines, along with technological units and cus-
tomized machines, from small scale right up
to turnkey projects. At Brau this year, Cheops
will showcase the prototype of its new twin-
head Petainer filling machine.

Meura will showcase several of its new prod-
ucts this year, including the latest version of its
Meura 2001 Hybrid mash filter, which benefits
from a change to its filter plates design. Meura
has also developed the Meurabrew, a continu-
ous brewhouse concept enabling the brewer to
reduce water and energy consumption.

Lehui is happy to discuss its brewing,
packaging and project management com-
petencies with any visitors to its stand. The
largest brewery equipment manufacturer in
China, Lehui claims it can provide the cus-
tomer with a world-class brewery (capacity
200,000 tonnes) in just nine months, from
design to brewing.

Don Valley Engineering designs, builds, and
installs malting plants, and is the only UK
company to offer the full range of services in-
house. In addition to new malting plants, Don
Valley Engineering also undertakes the refur-
bishment of existing plants, including upgrad-
ing them to optimise production efficiency.

Visitors to GEA's stand this year will have the
opportunity to get up close to a whirlpool/
wort kettle from the manufacturer's innovative
brewhouse concept COMPACT-STARTM for
40-100 hl. Made to a modular design, pre-
piped and pre-wired, the erection periods are
minimised and costs on site are reduced. GEA
will also focus on green brewing technology.
